Merrianna's doctor said that her jaundice is getting much better and her body weight is holding steady (she only lost 1/2 an ounce between yesterday and today - she's now at 4 pounds 11.5 ounces) so they will hopefully stop her IVs this afternoon or tonight. I'll be relieved when they have her IVs out... they don't last very long before they go bad! Last night they put an IV in her ankle and it is already starting to go bad.
She wasn't as active this morning as she has been. So even though she nursed and took to her bottle really well (21 ccs in her bottle!) we were a little disappointed in the visit because she wasn't as expressive as she had been. But that's OK - her only job right now is to sleep, eat, poop, and grow.

Her IVs are out! It's soooo much easier to hold a baby that isn't hooked up to an IV bag.
