No more lights! Merrianna's jaundice cleared up nicely, so this morning they turned off the lights in her incubator. She'll stay in there until at least tomorrow because she rests so much better in there than in the open beds.
Her doctor indicated that, perhaps, just another day or two in the incubaor and a couple days in the open bed, and "we'l see how she does with her wieight (and maybe she'll be ready to go home)". She is already gaining her weight back (she's back over 4 pounds 12 ounces), so if she keeps her food down, she might be home by next weekend!!!
Since the lights in her inubator are off, she gets to wear clothes now!
